Longfellow's Wayside Inn, Sudbury, MA

Longfellow's Wayside Inn was made famous by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's "Tales of A Wayside Inn". One of these poems was the Midnight Ride of Paul Revere. In 1923 Henry Ford bought the Inn for the purpose of creating a living museum of Americana. The property started out in 1716 as Howe's Tavern and has been operating ever since.
